Temporary work:
Temporary work or ‘temping’ can offer many benefits not least as a stop gap or supplement to your career development. Temporary work can also help where you wish to gain experience while seeking permanent work. It offers great flexibility while exposing you to different work environments and job roles.
Temporary work and your pay:
Blue Recruitment provides a full PAYE system and can also pay you via your limited company, your self employed status.
Direct employment:
In some cases, employers may wish to employ you directly, in this case we would ensure correct negotiation in terms of salary and working hours.
Working in the UK for the first time:
If you are working in the UK for the first time, you will need to complete a P46 tax form and apply for an NI number. You can obtain a P46 from from your consultant.
